Playing in a tree

Jul 4, 2010
When I went out to see Quasar, Phoenix, and Soraya the other day, Quasar and Soraya were up in a tree! Cheetahs use trees, often referred to as “play-trees” in order to mark their territories and look for mates. Although Quasar and Soraya weren’t really marking their territory or advertising for a mate, they sure were having fun!

that reminds me of the time i was watching untamed and uncut on animal planet.this girl was doing a show on different wild animals. on one show she was talking about cheetas.she was in an incloser with cheetas and a keeper just before feeding time. she had a batterie pack that looked like a treat pouch that the keepers normaly wear and when she was talking about one cheeta and another pounced and grabed her arm when trying to go for the "treat pouch"! the girl servived and forgave the cheeta. now she keeps doing show about animals but shes learned: dont go in before feeding time!
